Creative Overview

Let’s get to know each other! After you fill out our introductory form we will connect with each other for an initial brief of our services and what plan works best for you and your business. This step includes discussing deliverables and the general scope of the project. Our goal is to set a solid foundation for a seamless and collaborative partnership.

Research

After the initial brief we will refine the specific goals and solutions for the project. The specifics on the scope, scale, and implementation of your project will also be taken into account. We will work together to find your best solution and come back to you with a detailed proposal.

Design Blueprint

After we have agreed upon the overall project details it’s time to get into even more details! At this stage we will take all of your requirements into account and offer you a blueprint (or several) to bring your designs to life.

Development

Now it’s time to develop. Unlike other companies we can offer you live updates on the details of the project through your own specialized web portal. We will also keep you updated through email, zoom, text, or whatever means is most convenient to you. This stage can take time, so the last thing we would want to do is keep you in the dark. We also offer periodic screen-sharing sessions and can send you preview builds of your project to interact with directly.

QA Testing

Quality Assurance is a short but vital step in our development life-cycle. The last thing we would want is to deliver you a project that looks great but has some sort of unforeseen issues at it’s core. We want to connect with you directly so each project will be tested extensively on our side and you will also be able to test out the development build of the project yourself and give us your direct feedback.

Launch

Boom. Let’s go live. Only after we are both 100% happy with the project we will make your project live for the world to see, but don’t worry our relationship doesn’t end here. No matter which plan you picked we offer monthly maintenance of your project and any non-content updates that you need addressed we’ve got you covered.
